30 Day Return Policy

The customer is liable for all shipping and
handling costs
when returning or exchanging an item to King
Solomon Cages.

When
returning an item for credit, a 35% restocking
plus all shipping and handling fees will be
charged to your account. This policy also
applies to shipments that are refused and
returned only after the item has been shipped.
If the item has not been shipped or a shipping
ticket printed then we will cancel the order and
return full or partial credit, depending on how
far along the order has been processed. Credit
Card fees and any other applicable fees also
apply.

All cancellations after shipment are subject to
a 35% (of total invoiced order) cancellation
fee. All freight costs of the product is not
refundable.

All returns must be properly returned in
original packaging and in sellable condition
before they are returned.

It's the customer's responsibility to report any
damages upon delivery of shipment on the bill of
lading.

No returns will be accepted without
authorization number from King Solomon Cages.

There are absolutely no returns on used, damaged,
custom sizes or custom colored cages and there
options.

Standard color
are: Golden Oak, Cherry, Red Mahogany, natural.
(some other colors may apply)

Freight related
damages, which is still subjected to all freight
and restocking fees. When not requesting a
return on our products damaged in shipment,
product is
returned and repaired and shipped back at no
charge.

The purchase price at time of sale is final.

There is a 35% restocking fee for
items cancelled due to shipping problems or
damaged freight, plus all shipping costs.
